My passion for sports has always played a huge role in my life and started developing at an early age. Growing up as a competitive swimmer, this ignited my passion for fitness and drove me to study Sports and Exercise Science at Leeds Metropolitan University where I proudly captained the swim team.
After moving to London in 2012, my interests grew to include strength and hypertrophy training leading into my desire to compete in bikini bodybuilding competitions. This is where I truly found the love for training both your body and mindset in a way like no other.
For the past 7 years my main focus has been on helping others achieve their goals and live a healthier & happier life. With a move to Sydney in 2017 I became one of the founding instructors for Barry’s Bootcamp Australia, alongside working as a Lagree Instructor at Physicore Sydney.
After participating in further bikini competitions within IFBB / ICN federations, I gained a vast understanding of what it takes to complete large transformations both physically and mentally, in addition to implementing tools and techniques which can be used on a daily basis for every day health and fitness.
I use online 1-1 weekly coaching, along with face to face, as a means to help more people become fitter, stronger and healthier. Health should be the number one priority in your life, so why put it off?
My training programs are built on strength components – with body composition and structural balance being two of the key focuses.
To provide an exceptionally high level of coaching tailored specifically to each individual. This is NOT a ‘one size fits all’ approach. With a holistic approach to training & nutrition, each program will be tailored specifically to you and your personal goal.
